Dr. Frederick Ellul
Dr Frederick Ellul is a seasoned professional with years of experience in Maltese residency and citizenship regulations. Soon after graduating as Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta and obtain his warrant to practice law in 2005, he entered private practice, working mainly in the civil and commercial fields. In 2008, he obtained, on behalf of his client Credorax Malta Ltd (now part of SHIFT4 group) the first financial institution license issued under the EU Payment Institution license as transposed into Maltese law. He later joined Credorax and held various positions including Head of Legal and Compliance, MLRO, Company secretary and General Manager.
In 2013, he joined another payment institution as CEO, but then founded MCAS in 2015 to assist HNW and UHNW navigate through the process of obtaining Maltese residency or Citizenship. He is a very well-respected member of the profession and in the immigration industry. He currently holds several non-executive directorship posts in a number of local license financial institutions.
